8 Month Birthday in Porterville, California

Maddox celebrated his 8 month birthday with his great Nana and Papa in Porterville, California. Me, Maddox and his Mimi (Carol) traveled to Porterville last weekend to meet Maddox's great grandparents for the first time. It was also Maddox's first time on an airplane! He was a very good little traveler and quite the trooper through all the layovers! I was very proud of my little man.

It was gorgeous out there! I was very happy to get to meet everyone and am looking forward to the next time I get to visit with them.

Maddox's New Toy

My mom bought Maddox this new toy over the weekend. It is a mirror that plays music and has all kinds of gadgets on it (musical). Maddox ADORES this toy. He got to play with it a lot this weekend, while we were visiting Mamaw and Papaw. So cute!!

Maddox's First Easter

Maddox's first Easter was a blast. He looked adoreable in his outfit. We went to church with my parents, and then we had a great dinner at J Alexanders (doubling as my dad's birthday dinner).

Then, we spent some time with the Mayalls at their house. Maddox got an easter basket from Mimi too. SO SPOILED!!

Maddox spent the afternoon with Papaw and Uncle Patrick outside in the garden. He definitely loves it outside! Playing in the dirt...it's a right of passage. :-)
